Return & Refund Policy

1. Condition of Return Items 

You may return your purchases with :

i) Tag still attached

ii) Item in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition

ii) Return Form

 

2. Returns Delivery Period

Return items will be accepted if delivered back within :

i) 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery

ii) 21 days from arrival for overseas delivery

 

3. Non-returnable Items  

Items that can not be returned are :

i) Accessories; including scarves, jewellery, hair accessories and bags

ii) Sale items and items purchased with discount coupons

 

4. Get Your Refund

You will be refunded in the form of Store Credit of the value of items bought (taking into account discounts given, if any). Store Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for a money refund.

You can make future purchases on our website using the Store Credit voucher.

An email will be sent to you with your Store Credit voucher code once we receive the returns.

 

5. Size Exchange

If the item does not fit, you can email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. In any event that we do not have the requested size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value (taking into account discounts given, if any).
